From 1981 to 1987  attache and then 3rd Secretary of the Department of the USSR and the States of Eastern Europe of  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.

From 1987 to 1990 2nd Secretary at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the USSR.

From 1990 to 1992  2nd and 1st Secretary of  the Chancellery of   the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.

From 1992 to 1994  1st Secretary, a Deputy head,later on, the Head of the Department of the States of  Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.

From 1994 to 1995 a Counselor at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Latvia.

From 1995 to 1997  a Counselor at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan.

From 1997 to 2000  a Deputy Head of the Department of the States of Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

From 2000 to 2003 the  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Latvia.

From 2003 to 2004 a Deputy Director of Chancellery of the Commerce and Trade of Autonomous Region of Internal Mongolia of China.

From 01.2005  the  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China in Georgia.
